Magyar Suzuki in Hungary Hits 2M Production Mark
On 14 July, Suzuki automobile production and sales subsidiary in Hungary, Magyar Suzuki Corporation Ltd., achieved its production total of two million units in 19 years with the roll-off of a New Swift.
With the founding of MSC in 1991, Suzuki became one the first Japanese automobile manufacturers to establish production in Eastern Europe. Initially MSC supplied the Hungarian domestic market, but has expanded both production capacity and model range to become Suzuki’s production hub in Europe. MSC currently supplies more than 45 countries in Europe and beyond.
