Auto Trade/Suzuki Training Academy Report
The training academy was developed to promote better understanding of the Suzuki products, and provide a self learning platform from which all technical staff can improve their skills at their own pace. In order to fully achieve the certification documents, five [5] technicians from Auto Trade Ltd., participated in a training program conducted by Mr. Darren Manzari of Interamericana Trading Corporation (ITC) and assisted by Mr. Dylan Cuffy – Field Support Engineer of Auto Trade Ltd. The Suzuki Technical Training was held from November 12th – 16th 2012 at Auto Trade Ltd.
Mr. Manzari is a Suzuki certified Technical Instructor for the Caribbean and this is his third visit to Dominica to impart technical training to Auto Trade technicians. The aim of the certificate program was to allow our technicians to be fully certified and mastery of Suzuki products. Upon successful completion, the technicians earned the highest Engine Mechanical Certification level available from Suzuki.
The Automotive Industry is undoubtedly evolving and Suzuki understands that exceeding customer’s satisfaction is key to success. As a result, Suzuki will continue to meticulously train its technical staff throughout the year with current, efficient and effective methods of servicing its vehicles.
